Hope you don't mind my jumping on your thread but I'd also be grateful for any info. I have looked on the port info and see that there is a train from Blankenburg (forget the spelling) to Bruges but wonder whether P&O provides any sort of bus service from the dock to the train station? I know that they often lay on bus services into town but not sure about Zeebrugge.
