How come I can't see my feet?

I've been looking at pictures of Paradise Beach in Cozumel and noticed that its not that beautiful clear water that you would imaging. Is it the camara angle? Is there another beach on the island that you can "see your feet?" Is the beach so beautiful that you don't care?

 

Off subject, but at the hope I won't have to post a new thread, can you rent jet ski's at Paradise beach?

The weather conditions the day you are there will determine water quality. If it is windy, the water won't be as clear as it would be on a calm day. All the beach clubs on the west side of the island will have the same water conditions. Camera angle and lighting will also affect how you perceive the water quality in the photos you've seen.

Yes, there is a vendor nearby where you can rent jet skis.
