I have brought my own soda and bottled water on several cruises. We have even bought sodas in the ports and brought them back on ship. No one has ever stopped us and there are no rules against it. My brother has packed beer in his suitcase, Checked bags, without problems but this is against the rules. We have brought our own wine for a special occassion without problems to. We did not hide this and we had our dining room staff chill the wine for us and we paid the corking fee. Good luck and enjoy your cruise. Carla

We always bring a 12 pack of Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi in our luggage. We have the cabin steward remove the contents of the refrigerator and keep our soda in there. It works out great. I hope this helps!

Hello fellow Diet Caffiene Free Pepsi drinker icon_smile.gif, or as my husband calls it DCFP. Did you just ask them and they removed it no problem? I plan on bringing plenty on board as well as water, but wasn't sure about the fridge situation.

We always take our own soda and bottled water. We have carried it in the open and they never say anything. Cabin steward kept our ice bucket filled. We have giant travel mugs that we fill and carry around the ship with us.

I have never had a problem. Pack liquor in my checked luggage. For consumption in my suite.

I have bought sodas on shore and carried it on board.

I had a friend who packed a couple of 6 packs of soda in the checked baggage. Several cans popped and the dry cleaning bill was over $100.

So much for saving a few bucks. icon_rolleyes.gif

I put them in their own suitcase. I think I'll buy one of those softside rolling coolers. Beware of juice boxes, they puncture really easy, luckly it was just all over the water and soda so easily washable.
