Sorry, don't see anything hitting all your ports in 7-9 days. If you can do a 20 day cruise you have some options;) I also see Celebrity Equinox has a 10 day that hits all but one of your ports next summer.

12 dayers are most popular with all those ports. Once you swing down around Italy to head to Greece and Croatia, the time extends.
