Stopping in GT in a few weeks off the Carnival Pride & wanting recent reviews of these 2 excursions. Want to do some snorkeling & swim with the rays. Which is the better of the 2? Thanks

We did Reefs and Rays last week. The difference between the 2 (I think) is that with the one we took they stopped in the middle of the ocean and we snorkeled.

When we got to the beach the other excursion was still there. They were able to snorkel right off the beach. I don't think there was any reefs there to see.

However, they got better interaction with the stingrays than we did. The ship's photographer was with them and we saw it on TV and they did more with the stingrays than we did.

There is a coral reef right off the beach at Gibbs Cay. Lots of fish and having 7 daughter, seemed to be the safest way. She picked it up quick and we loved it. Saw hundred of different kinds of fish and the rays were really cool.
