drjoyce Posted June 8, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2009 Has anyone sailed on the Miracle with a cabin on the Riviera Deck (lowest deck)? Is it noisy from the Galley or engines? We are looking to book a group of cabins and are a bit worried. Thanks for your input.
hoss23 Posted June 9, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 9, 2009 We were on the miracle last month. Riviera deck, cabin 1227, the room was perfect. We heard no noise at all. and no motion of the ship. Go for it.
nycruiser1975 Posted June 9, 2009 #3 Share Posted June 9, 2009 We are in cabin 1195. Does anyone know anything about this room?
hoss23 Posted June 9, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 9, 2009 cabin 1195 was just down the hall from us in 1227, you are close to mid ship, and you will be very happy with the room. Plenty of space and a very large window.
pmoniz Posted June 9, 2009 #5 Share Posted June 9, 2009 We were on Riveira in April 08 and I wished I had those same rooms again on this past cruise 5/09! No noise, close to the elevators/stairs. Great floor!
nycruiser1975 Posted June 9, 2009 #6 Share Posted June 9, 2009 I don't know if any of you read my past post. DS who is 8 will be with us. I thought there was a pull out couch, but was told it has an upper berth. Will he be ok? he is a wild sleeper? Sorry I worry, I guess it is part of being a mom
bjinouno Posted June 9, 2009 #7 Share Posted June 9, 2009 My 13 year old this year is having a fit, since there is only the couch, She loved the berth when she was 11 slept like a baby up there and wanted her dad to build her one when we came home
