Can't Decide

Help. I am looking at 2 cruises out of Galveston on the VOS in January or February. The first goes to Roatan, Costa Maya and Cozumel. The other goes to Grand Cayman, Cozumel and Montego Bay. Is one route better than the other? Also I am looking at a promenade room. Can you tell me location wise where along the promenade I should look for my cabin so as best to see what is going on down in the promenade? I am so confused. Sorry last thought. How is the weather there at this time of year?

I have been to all those places in February and the weather was warm about 80 and sunny. My choice would be the grand Cayman one. I like these ports better. I was really disturbed that when we were in Roatan some of the natives pulled their kids out of school to beg. Was really disturbing to have a 7 year old boy reach his hand inside my pocket.

I sure you will get many different answers.

As far as the room I don't know. I only have been in balcony rooms.
