lambs2 Posted June 18, 2009 #76 Share Posted June 18, 2009 I am sure Vermouth would be allowed if you pay the $15. corkage fee.
2inTul Posted June 18, 2009 #77 Share Posted June 18, 2009 Vermouth is a type of wine (it's just aromatized), so I don't see why that wouldn't be allowed. Vermouth is still considered liquor since it contains 15 - 18 % alcohol. It used to be available on the bar set-up.
Alan64 Posted June 18, 2009 #78 Share Posted June 18, 2009 Is a corkage fee charged for one's own bottle in the stateroom, or only if it's brought to the dining room? Regarding proof, vermouth is often 15-18% abv, but then again a lot of California Zinfandel & Cab Sauvignon is now in the 14-16% range. I think I'll ask Princess for a clarification on vermouth's status.
