daltrio Posted June 14, 2009 #3 Share Posted June 14, 2009 According to the DCL website: "Discover an invigorating workout on an awe-inspiring 1/3-mile lap around Deck 4. Most of the time you're running the length of the ship, traveling on the port and starboard decks with nothing but stunning views over the open sea." That would make it 3 laps per mile. metrowon Posted June 15, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 15, 2009 Run around the ship as often as you like, swim from the Grand Caymen anchorage site, and then, bicycle all around Grand Caymen. It's about three laps to the mile on both identicle ships on deck 4. Have Fun! Metrowon

rungod Posted June 18, 2009 #6 Share Posted June 18, 2009 Be aware, at least when I was on there last week, they have a barricade up that you will have to navigate through a narrow gate twice on each lap around the ship. It makes for a continuous, steady running pace a bit difficult. The fitness center is real good with lots of treadmills if you prefer to watch disney channels while running (each one has tv attached).
