Suggestions Please

My husband and I will be visiting George Town, Grand Cayman with Celebrity Infinity in November this year. We are not beach or water people and wonder if there is anything else to do. A little shopping and a nice meal would probably suit us fine but we would hate to miss something.

 

What things [other than stingrays, turtles and dolphins] are not to be missed? Is there any food items/local drinks we should try? What would people look to buy whilst there? Thanks for any help you can give.

We enjoyed shopping at Pure Art. I could have bought the whole store! They have a lot of unique items. Many by local artists. It is a mile or two south of the pier so you would probably want to grab a cab.
