TNPirate Posted June 17, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 17, 2009 We visited Progresso about a year and a half ago with my wife and her family, and we took the double-decker bus tour as it was a neat, cheap way to see the city. We sat up top to get a better view. I am 6-foot-4 -- no sooner had we pulled out than I realized I would be spending the majority of the ride hunched over or sitting on the floor. The power lines in Progresso are VERY LOW!!! I don't know if I would have hit my head or not, but I just felt better sitting as low as I could up on the top deck. We had a lot of fun on the tour and I would not have traded the seat for anything because of some of the views, especially along the beach, but just wanted others in a similar situation to be aware! We were thinking of doing the same thing. DH is 6 ft. do you think he will have a problem sitting on top?
