On the Budget website it says free pick-up and drop-off for it's location in Port of Miami.

Posters have said that you need to take a taxi.

 

Has anyone used Budget recently?

 

Has anyone seen the Budget Vans at the Pier?

 

I've emailed Budget and have not received a response. That's sad isn't it?

I've seen many posts saying both ways. If you call their 1800 number they will tell you "No" becuase they're located in TimBukToo (sp?) and don't know anything. I finally found the local MIA Budget phone number and called them and they confirmed yes they had the shuttle service. I used them last time and they DO have free shuttle service from MIA to POM.
