Has anyone ever used travel guard ins?

If so, do they pay claims. Also what policy did you buy I am looking at the basic one to cover my trip and cruise. I was quoted 161.00 which covers the above and 30k of medical and 100k of medical evac is this good, as I never purchased ins on my previous trips but this one is very exp. and it is in europe. Thanks in advance
