Lido vs. Panorama

We had Panorama on Victory and Lido on Conquest. Both were great locations - way too convenient to the buffet and bars. We had no noise issues on either deck. I was worried about the Lido cabin since we were near the atrium, but there was no problem.

We've stayed on the Panarama Deck twice on Glory and have it booked for the Victory this September. Very, very convenient to the outside decks. You can duck into your room quickly from the decks to grab something from your room. We love it! Oh, and get a balcony too. You'll have the best of both worlds! :D

We've been on the Lido deck twice and it's very convienent to the pool and the buffet..There also is no pass-thru passengers walking down the hall...When we've been in the middle of the ship you get a lot of people walking down the hall talking loudly or kids running....You only get the passengers that stay on the Lido deck passing thru there....Dennis

Which deck is better for cabins?

We were on the Panorama deck on Victory and the Lido deck on Liberty. Both locations are wonderful! We love being more forward anyway, so the locations were perfect.

The main differences are:

  1. The buffet is on the Lido deck whereas we had to walk down two sets of stairs from the Panorama deck. (Hey, it was great exercise!)
  2. There are fewer cabins on the Panorama deck, so there is less noise because there are fewer people walking around.

Next time I book a cruise, I'm going for the Panorama deck again.
