Visibility question from E328 on Crown, Ruby or Emerald

Hi. I am planning to make reservations for my family on Crown Princess and since this cruise is only 6 months away, the choice of cabins is sort of limited. I noticed that cabin numbers E328 and E330 as well as E325 and E327 are available. They are considered as obstructed, and in the deck plans it shows that there is a very small boat there on each side of the ship. Can anyone post a photo if they were in these rooms or tell me what kind of boat this is hanging outside and whether the view will be decent or not. Thanks, Sue.
