Mo Bay for the day...

We will be coming in on the Conquest on July 22 and would like to do the zipline in MoBay...if we have time after that tour we'd like to hit the beach for a while! Is Doc's Cave or Aqua Sol better? How far are they from the pier (meaning...when would we have to leave the beach to make it back to the ship on time!??)?
