Who is the Concierge on the Pearl?

Going on the Pearl next week, and was wondering who is the concierge?

Superduty-Hopefully someone currently on the Pearl in a suite will answer your question. My understanding is that we missed Karan, the usual concierge (and fantastic!!) because he went on vacation. If this information that I read on previous threads is true, there should be a "substitute" concierge on the Pearl now. We will be on the same cruise with you, so I am curious as well. Sorry I was absolutely no help in answering, but at least your post got bumped up. Safe travels to Seattle!!

It is now Monica. We just got of the Pearl on Sunday and Karan left for a 2 month vacation on the 3rd day of the cruise. Never saw her like we did with Karan but also did not have any issues with our requests.

We had Monica on the Gem in May. She was delightful.
