Sea Princess: The long, slow death of Formal Night.....

Thanks for giving me another reason not to cruise with NCL....

We felt the same way until we cruised NCL last year. The service was unbelievable and the food excellent. We loved the plethora of dining choices. We would cruise with them again anytime. The buffet was less than stellar but with all of the other choices you could easily avoid it.

As to dress code...most people dressed up nicely in the evening.

We found that on NCL and Celebrity it's all about the passenger and their comfort, convenience and enjoyment.

NCL's disembarkation is amazing. You decide when you want to get off and go get appropriate luggage tags. Bars and the spa are open on disembarkation day and on both Celebrity and NCL you can get cabin service on the last day as well.

The only situation in which I would ever contemplate leaving the privacy of my room in my pajamas and robe would be "ABANDON SHIP!"

How about "open bar" for only the next 15 minutes. ;)
