Port Everglades

Recommended Posts

I am debating switching my Freedom reservation to the Independence for next April. I just realized that the Oasis would be boarding the same day. Sailed only once out of Fort Lauderdale but I thought it was so unorganized when we disembarked. Can't imagine what it will be like trying to get THAT many people onto two different ships the same day. Were they building a new area? Does anyone know if both ships will be using the same terminal? I remember awhile ago reading that people didn't think that terminal could handle the Oasis. Any feedback? Thanks in advance.

We just sailed out of Fort Lauderdale in Feb. (again)

For Emerald Princess...it was very organized. The ships were very spread out...even though I counted 8 or more ships there that day.

The only bad thing was construction going on all over. You could see where they were building new terminals for Oasis...and were doing work on the roads around the area.
