It will cost about 90 euro (maybe more now),but nice way to go...Water Taxi.I am sure someone else will give you other idea's..BTW,there is a ton of info on this board re your same question.Just do a search.

You can take the Alilaguna http://timetable.alilaguna.it/ from San Marco (Giardinetti) to the airport for something like 13 euros. There's one at 4:50 that gets in at 6:09. :)
