I have been asked to find out if mobile phones can be used on Oceana, onboard andto home. Any ideas?

Yes they can. I did a call from mid atlantic on Oceana to see if it worked and it did. Its quite expensive though

Depends which network you are with and what signel you have etc. My husband and I have different networks and different phones, we both loose the signel once at sea , and it returns when we are in port with a foreign network 'welcoming us to that country' so don't bank on it working.

Agree with LibraLass, I'm with Virgin and didn't even get a decent signal in Southampton on Oceana in June.
