Lunch at Ottleys or Rawlins Plantation?

Hi All:)

 

DW and I will be cruising on the Carnival Miracle in Dec. FINALLY just the 2 of us! Want to do a romantic Island Tour with a great lunch at one of these Plantation restaurants. Anyone been there,done that? Only in St.Kitts from 9AM til 4PM. so time is a factor. It looks like Ottleys is closer to the Cruise Dock, but the lunch buffet at Rawlins looks great. Do any of the private tour companies offer excursions like this?

Bob, Most of the tour/taxis at the pier are geared towards tours. You can take a short walk into town & there is a taxi stand at the Circus. You will be able to get a taxi there that will take you to Ottley's. It is the closest to the pier & the grounds are beautiful.

Thanks all, I think we are leaning towards Ottleys. SWe like the idea of their short rain forest trail.
