luvtravel38 Posted July 3, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 3, 2009 I have read in a few reviews that snorkeling by boat people mentioning a strong current? Is this on a daily basis or just at certain times? Is the current strong on other islands on a Western itinerary? Such as Grand Cayman and Cozumel? I made a reservation with Coral Breezes out to the reef but now I am a little nervous. Would I be better off booking through the ship an excursion to Goff's caye where I can snorkel from the beach? Will in sunny FL Posted July 4, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 4, 2009 We were there with Coral Breeze in May of '09 & there was almost no current. The current is like the wind & changes each day. If I were you, I'd not miss a snorkeling trip with Coral Breeze ! Enjoy. Bill in FL
