HAL Shore Excursions in Puerto Limon

There are only two shore excursions listed for pre-booking on our HAL cruise scheduled for the end of December this year. Under the shore excursions listed for the port, however, there are several more. Does anyone know whether HAL makes more shore excursions available for pre-booking when the departure date gets a little closer? It just seems strange to only have 2 choices for shore excursions in Puerto Limon! :confused:

There are 13 HAL excursions posted for our cruise in February. We are trying to pick one of the shorter ones as a long one would be too much for us due to health, etc.

Shortly after I posted the question, HAL did add more shore excursions to our Costa Rica port. Thanks.
