Disney Wonder Poolside Movies

Can anyone tell me if the Disney Wonder has a poolside movie like the Magic does? We are sailing on 7/30/2009 and were wondering if we can sip our drinks by the pool while we take in a movie? Also, has anyone started a roll call for that date yet?

Yes, the Wonder got a "Jumbo tron" video screen by the pool like the Magic has. :)

They also show major sporting events on the jumbotron when Diversions is being used for a special event. We saw the Red Sox baseball playoff games on the jumbotron. Its fun.

We saw Pirates Of The Carribean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl on Pirate night on deck. It was a blast.

What time are the poolside movies shown? Was Pirates shown AFTER the pirate party? Are people in the pool when it is shown?

Pirates was shown after the Pirates party, and started late; about 11 PM, I think. People weren't in the pool because they had the floor over the pool for the party, and then they arranged the deck chairs so that they faced the movie screen.

We'll be on the Wonder this Thursday (7/30)! I called and found out that movies playing will be The Proposal, G-Force, and Up! :)

We just got back as well. We really wanted to see The Proposal, but it was on Pirate Party night, and we would've missed the beginning of it. Besides we were so tired after the party, I would have fallen asleep in the movie! LOL

 

But, we saw the PremEar of G-Force on Friday! Cute movie! :)
