RLapple Posted May 8, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 8, 2004 Arrived in Honolulu yesterday, after 10 delightful days on the legend of the Seas. Just a few comments. Food was excellent. Far above cruise average, and a real improvement over my last time on the Legend. Which was 4 or 5 years ago. Great chef, this time. Entertainment was also quite good. The conditions, of the public areas of the ship, were like new. The only negative was the condition of the cabins, which were in need of refurbishing. The staff was aware of this problem, and it is apparently scheduled to be corrected. All in all, a great cruise.

dcourt Posted May 8, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 8, 2004 I too hope that the cabins get a face lift (of course I could use one too!! ). We are going on the Legend in September for my parents 60th wedding anniversary and would like to have everything perfect. This will more than likely be their last cruise. My sister was on the Legend in December to Hawaii and loved the ship so that is why we booked it this September. All of us can hardly wait. Only 4 more months. Do you know when they plan on reburbishing the cabins?
