setcarp Posted January 11, 2005 #29 Share Posted January 11, 2005 there were 9 ships in port the day I am going to be there on a day with 8 ships in port and worried finding any space. Does anyone know how crowded an 8 ship day is earlier than 2pm?
MRIrene Posted January 13, 2005 #30 Share Posted January 13, 2005 Luckily it was pretty quiet the day we went there. It was our group of 15 and a few small families. We had a great time. Loved the huge shrimp cocktails. Irene

allovertanguy Posted January 13, 2005 #33 Share Posted January 13, 2005 We were at PB on Jan.06/05 when there were 9 big ships in that day. We got there about 11:00 and found some good spots. It did fill up after that and certainly kept the waiters busy. After about 2:00 it started to wind down. Had a nice chat with Tom. I knew he would be a good guy since he is a fellow Canadian who used to live in our area. We had our 2 boys with us (13 & 15). They had a great day playing on the iceberg. Well worth the 5 bucks they want for the water toys. Cab cost us $15 each way. Good food and drinks. All-in-all a great way to spend the day. Thanks Tom and crew.
