Catamaran Snorkeling with Fishing

At one of our stops in either Grand Cayman or Cozumel (I posted this over on that board also) during our cruise next month, my 11 year old boys and I are interested in sailing on a catamaran to one or two great snorkeling spots as well as doing a little fishing while we are out on the boat. We are not interested in a serious fishing charter but if they cooked the catch that would be a bonus. We are not interested in stingray city but are not opposed to going there if it is included on the trip as long as the trip also has fishing and great snorkeling. A beach break would be a great addition too. Does anyone know of an independent excursion like this?

Thanks for your reply. I think we are going to have to go with just the catamaran/stingray/snorkel in Cayman and save the fishing for the day we get back into Tampa... oh darn, we will have to extend our vacation fun one more day. :D Our our flight out is not until Monday am anyway.
