sure it is!

But in this case, jail means i can do whatever the heck I want to do, EAT whatever the heck I want to eat, and get as much or as little sun as I want.

Sounds like one hell of a jail eh? What Can I do to get a life sentence on a Carnival ship?

"Cruising is like being in jail with the possibility of drowning!"

My GF and I are taking our FIRST CRUISE tomorrow on the Conquest!

She's nervous and I'm thrilled!:D

Cruising is like being in utopia... thats my saying

Yep... I agree completely. It's terrible. Neither of you should go.

Now, so that it's not a total waste, leave your fun passes with Bill at Galveston for me and I'll work out the name change issues.

;)

Dibs on the GF's ticket! Meet you in Galveston!

"I was just asking because my GF's uncle told her that on the phone last night. Nice of him to make her feel even more apprehensive:rolleyes:"

For some reason, the Uncle saying that really pisses me off. May be a great guy usually, but that is a real ***hole thing to do.

If she were asking advice prior to booking a cruise, that is a valid opinion, but you don't say something like that to a person 2 days before a cruise.

In jail, no way. Freedom is more like it. Sitting on the Lido Deck or doing whatever you want to do.:) Ahhhhhhhh, can't wait to board a Funship again.:D

I couldn't agree with you more and told him so!

My DH feels this way. Way too confining for him. I just don't take him anymore. I go with my GF.

Candi

My DH feels the same way, so I do the very thing that you do. He likes to do things that does not appeal to me. He does his own thing and I cruise.... Makes for a happy marriage.:p

Has the person who issued that statement ever been on a cruise?? It's funny because my ex husband didn't like cruising at all. He couldnt see any land on the sea days..All he did was sleep in the cabin. Wierd I told him he could always swim to the nearest port...lol

That's funny! Thank God there will be no big Bubba!

I am really getting excited about this cruise. I think my GF will enjoy it once she gets aboard and into the swing of things.
