Private Power Boat or group Catamaran Ocho Rios?

We have a group of 10 that will be in Ocho Rios in November on Navigator of the Seas. We are considering a private boat charter but a private catamaran may be too pricey.

 

I am wondering if anyone has done the power boat charter thru anyone (I think Island Marketing has a tour as well as a few others). It's a 38' powerboat that goes to the falls, snorkel as well as a beach trip.

 

Or is a group catamaran better. Our goal was to not have TOO many people so we are trying to book outside of the cruise lines.
