brigidfreeman Posted December 21, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 21, 2004 My husband and I took a customized tour with Geddes Hislop of the island and we both highly recommend any tour with Geddes. We drove around the whole island, saw lots of birds including the Cayman parrot, learned the history of the people and island, had a light lunch on the beach and picked up shells and coral (there's lots from the reefs after Ivan). And a lot more, but space is limited. His van is able to hold 10 people and he met us on the dock as soon as we got off the tender. We spent 5.5 hours with him and paid $45 each. We have been to GC twice and we are looking for something off the beaten path away from the crowds to enjoy this time around. Thanks again!
