travelntreats Posted July 17, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 17, 2009 Is it possible to book a 3 night cruise to the bahamas for $100 per person or kids sail free? Simply put.... Nooooo way !!! Kids would have to pay port charges/taxes (running pretty close to that $100.00 range...) and to think adults can cruise for $100.00 p/p including port charges/taxes ??? Cruiselines are NOT giving these cruises away ..... yet !

startraveler Posted July 18, 2009 #4 Share Posted July 18, 2009 Granted, it was five years ago, but even Discovery Sun wasn't that cheap, and that was a package deal going to Freeport on a Saturday, spending Saturday night-Sunday-Monday morning in the Bahamas at a hotel, and then going back to Florida Monday afternoon. I don't think Bahamas Celebration (the successor to Imperial Majesty) is that cheap either. The only other 3 night cruise to the Bahamas that I'm aware of is Disney (where you're on the ship the entire time, excluding port calls) and they are on the pricey side. collegecruiser346 Posted July 27, 2009 #12 Share Posted July 27, 2009 You can find 3-4 night Bahamas cruises for $199 and up on http://www.*****.com I don' know when you want to go, but quickly looking at the site, I'm seeing a lot of 4 night'ers in September and October that range from $209-$350. And then 3 night'ers ranging from $199-$399. They are actually a great deal if you live near the port and don't have the added expense of flying. Most "discount" sites can offer the same deals, but I just find this one easiest because cruises are just put in a list and you can find ones that are within your prefered traveling dates.
