Hey everyone,

Me and the family will be in Cozumel in Dec (week before Christmas) sailing in on the Carnival Ecstacy (post drydock!). Seriously thinking of booking Nachi based on so many positive reviews from here. Kids are 5 and 8. Will be their first time in Cozumel and they are definately "beach" kids.

Just wondering if anyone has done Nachi with kids at that age and if they enjoyed themselves.... Thanks in advance!!

There are no activities or toys for kids other than just the beach and pool themselves. In addition, there usually are very few if any other children there. If your kids are okay with that (it's a good sandy beach with a fairly long gradual slope), then it will be okay. But if they get bored easily or are looking for other children or other activities, you might look somewhere else.

My kids have been twice. The first time they were 7 & 10, and just recently at 8 & 11. They LOVE it there. They play on the beach for awhile, then go back to the pool, etc. They also have a swim up bar there and the kids thought that was fantastic and loved to go up and order smoothies.

At your children's young ages, I would think they would really enjoy it. Now if they were teens, I would say to head over to Paradise beach for the iceburg and trampoline.

Also, the price is terrific at Nachi for the kids. Mine definitely get their money's worth!
