Scuba AND Chankanaab in the same day

We are headed to Cozumel in October and want to do Discover Diving AND the dolphin swim, both at Chankanaab. I was wondering if anyone has ever packed this much into one port trip? The operator at Sand Dollar Sports (the Scuba company we will use) says that there should be enough time to do both, but I wanted to see if anyone had any experience.

I combined a Royal Swim with a day at nearby Playa Uvas (kayak tour, and snorkel tour) and still had an hour and a half or so to have a leisurely lunch and enjoy the beach, even with walking between the two locations. You should be fine- Discover Scuba is done right from the beach there, and the Dolphin program only lasts an hour and a half or so. Honestly, you'll probably have plenty of time to enjoy the rest of what the park has to offer.
