midnight buffett

Recommended Posts

caribbean pool party. it has a roasted pig but there really is nothing that great to taste, especially if you wait for the crowds to subside, there is almost nothing left. also there is music, dancing and frozen drink peddling during this event.

It's called a cutback nothing replaced it.

Although it certainly was a cutback, in my opinion it was a good one. There was SO much food wasted at the buffets. Sure, they'd go through a bit of one item or another, but there would be a lot wasted, and then we'd wind up seeing recycled food the next day.

I think it would be nice if RCI would consider what Celebrity has done, which is have "tasty bites" (or something like that) at midnight in certain parts of the ship - like the casino and nightclub. They bring around trays of all kinds of interesting things, and those who are out in those areas can enjoy. Seems to make more sense to take the food to where the people are!

RCI had that going for years and like the midnight buffet, its long gone, a cutback.

What Celebrity did when they stopped the midnight buffet was to have a brunch in the MDR.
