What's up with Ultra Voyager?

I read (on CC) a while back about possible plans to build an Ultra Voyager class of ship. The topic has since gone cold. Is this a reality or just a rumor, and if it's true, when is the 1st expected to be complete?

The nice thing with the ultra-voyager class ship is that you don't have to go into home port anymore. They land the planes right on deck #11. Landing times are from noon untill 4 p.m. - The departure flights are from 8 a.m. untill 11 a.m. The airfare is now included in the price of your cruise. The unfortunate part is that there will be a $20.00 service charge if you want to get off the plane by the pool and immediately hog a chair. There will be a coupon for diamond members so you don't have to pay the service charge.
