Does RCCL have a social hostess or C&A person on a 4-night cruise? Is there someone to answer questions/problems that might come up? Not looking for a problem, just wondering?

Normally if someone has a problem while on the ship, you go to the pursers desk and they will either call, or direct you, to the person you should see. ;)

There are Loyalty Ambassador's on the RCCL ships. They are the people who are there for Crown and Anchor members.

You should have both on a 4 day cruise.

Several years ago they did away with the position of Social Hostess. Now, if you have a problem you can either see the Loyalty Ambassador or someone at Guest Relations.
