Gym and spa on the Atlantica

Is the gym on the Atlantica well equiped? Are the sauna and steam room coed or separate male and female? We are going on Feb. 27 cruise.

I just got off the Mediterranea, the Atlantica's sister ship and the gym is very well equipped. Every machine imaginable is onboard. The saunas and steam rooms are separate for men and women. Do not miss the showers in the dressing rooms, they are very nice with 4 heads on the sides and a large overhead with lots of pressure and heat.

hope you enjoyed your cruise.. we board the mediterranea 1/23 .. i heard embarkation is not the best.. what did you think of the rest of the ship, food, entertainment, etc.. thanks for the info
