Nassau beaches

Hi, could please anyone suggest me the beaches in Nassau and the way how to get there from the cruise terminal?

 

I'm coming by Carnival Pride for short time ( 7:00am - 1:00pm).

 

Also need beach with no stones, rocks if possible as I have small kids.

Cabbage Beach Paradise Island is a quick 10 minute taxi ride from the port...it's a free public beach with nice fine sand.

You could also go to the Hilton British Colonial that is a 10 mins walk from the pier and buy a day pass for 15$ p.p and have access to the beach, chairs, pool, a towel and water games (kayak and more).

 

Thats what we did last summer because it was to short of a stop in Nassau:rolleyes:
