Daylight savings in GC vs. Central time?

We are sailing out of Galveston in November right after "fall back" daylight savings. If it is 7 AM when we get to GC port in November, what time is it GC time? I heard they are eastern standard time, but do not do daylight savings. Does that mean it will be 2 hours later there than on the boat? Just trying to make a stingray excursion work and don't know if they leave too early for our boat.

Thank you,

C. Anne

It will be 1 hour later in GC. The Conquest will be on CST and GC will be on EST.
