Holding Luggage upon arrival from airport

Does the Hotels in Sydney hold your luggage for you before you can check into your hotel. Especially after really long flights from various parts of the world do they hold them for you in a safe place.

We are arriving around 8:30 am from Los Angeles and I think our check in time for our hotel (Four Points Sheraton) is about 3:00 pm.

I want to start sight seeing as soon as possible that day since we are arriving so early and don't want to have to worry about our things.

Yes Nancy, if your room isn't ready they will have a secure area for you to leave your bags. Just make sure your bags are locked and your valuables are with you.
