CaptChris Posted May 11, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 11, 2004 They also sell them on RCI ships in the Logo shop. I bought one for $5.50. They have the RCI logo on them, and look nice. I was able to fit, room key, seapass card, a wad of cash and a credit card in it while going snorkeling and it was great! Nordic Empress 3/2004 4/2005 Undecided! Sheffie Posted May 11, 2004 #5 Share Posted May 11, 2004 I saw them at either Walmart or Target. It was in the sports section by the snorkels. Cannot remember the price, but they were realtively cheap. Good luck!
checkard Posted May 11, 2004 #6 Share Posted May 11, 2004 K-Mart sells them also. kitty1 Posted May 14, 2004 #7 Share Posted May 14, 2004 Sports Authority, Dick's Sporting Goods, and sporting goods store should have them. They are under $10. You can buy them on the ship for around $5-$7.
iluvcruzin Posted May 14, 2004 #8 Share Posted May 14, 2004 Walmart has a few versions. One is for holding ID's and CC's. It's plastic with a zip top. Cost - 99 cents. It's in the wallet section. The plastic bulky ones are sold in the gift shop on board for around $5.00 Maureen Princess Sun 2/27/2005 Mariner of the Seas 10/16/2005
lscole Posted May 14, 2004 #9 Share Posted May 14, 2004 I've found the one that go around your neck leak somewhat. I've learned to put stuff into a snack size baggie, then into gizmo.. I'm looking into water wallet that goes around you waist like a fanny pack. I've found the one that goes around your neck can be annoying in the water. Sheffie Posted May 14, 2004 #11 Share Posted May 14, 2004 I agree w/ the one around the neck sometimes being a bother in the water. I have found a solution for the problem that works for me. I hook it around the strap of my swimming suit so that it won't choke me, and then I push it down the front of my suit top. That might be a help for anyone who has that type of waterwallet. Desertbelle Posted May 14, 2004 #12 Share Posted May 14, 2004 For several cruises we have used products from Splash Caddy, they have an inner liner that is very waterproof and the liner goes into a variety of packs that can be worn around your waist or over your shoulder....some small and some very large. iluvcruzin Posted May 14, 2004 #13 Share Posted May 14, 2004 That was a pretty good website Desertbelle. I imagine you could get one of the small ones with the clips and Safety pin it to a swimsuit (like people do with locker keys at the gym.
