Star Bar Day Lounge ??

I have seen the Star Bar Day Lounge listed in the Suite perks. What is it ??

It is a medium size bar / lounge above the pool that apparently is reserved for suite guests during the day. The two that I have seen have nice views, some window-side tables and a piano.

 

I have never used it as a suite perk, so can't comment if they stock it with coffee and snacks or not.
