B2B cruises

Recommended Posts

The new consecutive cruise system has changed effective this past Spring.....................however, it seems that not all ships/ports are handling it the way it was designed to.

If you have the same cabin, you do not need to do a thing on turnaround day, but it is a good idea to inform your cabin attendant that you are staying on for the second cruise.

Midway through the first cruise you will receive instructions on what to expect on turnaround day. When we did our consecutive cruise on Radiance this past April, we had a meeting on the day before debarkation of the first cruise giving us all the necessary information.

You will receive your new SeaPass cards the night before the end of the first cruise. Your credit card information along with your photo ID will be transferred automatically to the following cruise. Your SeaPass account will be closed after the first cruise and a new one opened for the second cruise.

We did not have to go through C&I on turnaround day and only had to fill out one Customs form because we were in transit. Some ships will also give you a card that says "in transit" in case you want to disembark on turnaround day. This is to ensure that you can get back on the ship without going through the long check in lines.

As I stated previously................this is not consistent among all ships.:(

We are on the MONARCH and started the second leg of a B2B2B this morning and it was the smoothest ever!

We met at Guest Relations about 9:45 am and they handed us out new Sea Pass cards. We did not have to check in or turn in our Set Sail Form. It was all done for us behind the scenes.

They walked us ashore, through Customs, back to the ship where we "Boinged In" and back on-board.

The whole process took less than 10 minutes.
