The Airport Regency is by far, the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. :( It had a beautiful lobby, but our room was not maintained: dirty carpets, television had poor reception and only a few channels, remote didn't work (although it was taped together), the shower head leaked so bad at the connection that it sprayed into the bathroom, the complimentary coffee in the lobby was nonexistent, the courtesy airport shuttle never came even though we called the hotel 4 times in the two hours we waited at the airport, and to top it all off, the "balcony" was about half the size of a cruise ship balcony with no furniture and it had a lovely view of the trash dumpsters! Don't stay here! :mad:
