Modifying reservation?

So, I wanted to check my reservation for Explorer on May 23 and I could not get access to it. It said that it is currently being modified by the company. What could be happening? I know that the cruise is not being booked by a corporation since it is so close to sailing (15 days and counting [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]). I hope I will not lose my resveration. This is my first cruise.

Don't count on anything. The best thing to do is to call the 800 number(it is on the website) and ask them what is going on. It could be just mainframe problems or they could be modifying ports of call. I would call and find out. Good luck.

I wasn't hoping for an upgrade or anything like that. I was just hoping that my reservation was still intact. Apparently the site is having some problems.

more than likely its just the reservations program checking on everything, computer updates all reservations all the time so I'm sure it will be fine.
