Sheraton late check-in

Good afternoon...:)

We will be arriving in San Juan 2 days prior to our cruise and have reservations for 2 nights at the Sheraton Old San Juan. Our flight doesn't arrive until 10:45pm, so after we collect our luggage and then taxi to the hotel, it will be very late. Will the Sheraton still hold on to our room for us for this late check-in?

I am nervous that they will give away our room, and we will be stuck so late! Any advice....

Is it a prepaid reservation? If not call the hotel and make sure they have your credit card number and tell them you will be arriving late.

 

If prepaid I would call the hotel the day before and tell them what time you will be arriving.

 

Should not be a problem as long as they know that they can bill your credit card for room if you don't show.
