mathgal Posted December 29, 2004 #3 Share Posted December 29, 2004 This past summer we booked a cave tubing tour in Belize and also shore dives in Grand Cayman through Island Marketing...both were OK. Make sure you take your email confirmation with you if you book a tour. I forgot and left my confirmation back on the ship and they had no record of my booking. They said they would have to charge me full cost (I had already paid a 20% downpayment) since I didn't bring the email to prove it. Eventually DH suggested they make a phone call to check on the booking and this cleared things up. (Not sure why THEY didn't do this in the first place!)
