Hermitage Splendor -- Exclusive Evening

Has anyone done this Celebrity tour in St. Petersburg? Essentially it is a tour of the Hermitage in the evening , some champagne, and onto the theatre in the Hermitage for selections from several ballets.

 

Just wondering if it was worth the high $$$. ( 4 hours -- $299/pp)We will be touring the Hermitage during the day with a private tour company.

I have not, but would certainly not miss it. One can never have enough of the Hermitage.......go for it.

 

But on aside note, did you ask the private company you are using if they offer the same thing?

It's an absolutely incredible experience. But this comes with some advice. The theater is very, very hot so if you have health issues, you might want to reconsider. Also, if you have walking problems, it's a four story climb up very slippery and steep stairs, so you may want to think about this.
