Susie51 Posted August 17, 2009 #2 Share Posted August 17, 2009 Thank you for posting the link to the article. It must be very hard on her family to have HAL declare her death a suicide before the investigation is finished.
jtl513 Posted August 17, 2009 #3 Share Posted August 17, 2009 ... to have HAL declare her death a suicide before the investigation is finished. The report doesn't say that. It says that HAL said her death appears to be a suicide.
Himself Posted August 17, 2009 #4 Share Posted August 17, 2009 Very interesting. I wonder what will come of the investigation. I would just point out there is a difference between saying "Amber's death was a suicide" and "Amber's death appears to be a suicide." I belive that the latter is what HAL said. lettienets Posted August 17, 2009 #5 Share Posted August 17, 2009 Doesn't suicide mean no pay our from life insurance? But inconclusive doesn't?
judyzoo Posted August 17, 2009 #6 Share Posted August 17, 2009 Doesn't suicide mean no pay our from life insurance? Usually for only two years from the time the policy is purchased.
usha Posted August 17, 2009 #7 Share Posted August 17, 2009 Yeah, what a shocker that HAL thought it appeared to be a suicide. Saying thay they thought it might possibly be foul play would make for such great PR...
